Free Shipping on Wheel Sets
Velocite Trading is delighted to offer complimentary shipping for all wheel set orders. Each order is provided with tracked delivery service through our chosen logistics partners, ensuring a transparent and efficient delivery process.
48hr Dispatch
We understand the excitement that comes with new bike gear. Therefore, we strive to dispatch all in-stock items within two working days.* Upon dispatch, you will receive an email notification complete with tracking information.
International Delivery Times from Dispatch:
- UK: Approximately 2 Days
- Ireland: Approximately 3 Days
- Western Europe: 5-7 Days
- Rest of Europe including Scandinavia: 6-8 Days
- Greece (including islands): 6-8 Days
- North America: 7 -14 Days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10 - 14 Days
- South Africa: 10-14 Days
- Rest of the World: 14 Days +
*Please be aware that shipping to Russia is not available due to current regulations affecting exports from the UK.
*Dispatch times are subject to stock availability and payment clearance. Additional services such as tyre fitting or decal color customisation may extend processing times by an additional 3-5 days.
EU Deliveries:
Based in Northern Ireland, we ensure that deliveries to the European Union come with no added import duties or sales taxes.
Worldwide Deliveries:
For the rest of the world. If you reside in Europe, the USA, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, or Japan, import duties could apply . For countries not listed, shipping will be costed at checkout; however, you may incur additional tax or duty charges from local authorities upon receipt of your order.
Velo-cite is not liable for any such additional costs. As the customer, you will be responsible for customs or import duties; we are unable to cover these charges nor can we provide reimbursements under any circumstances. Please be informed about potential charges before placing your order.
Parcel Tracking:
Tracking details will be provided via email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you do not receive tracking information or if your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us through (i) live chat or (ii) email at info@velocitewheels.com.
Tyre Fitting Service:
Our wheels come ready to ride. We set up tubeless tyres in our UK workshop, inflating them with sealant and allowing them to seal overnight. This quality assurance process typically adds approximately 2 days to the total dispatch time. ( If tyres ordered with us )
