CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Return Guarantee
At Velocite, we stand behind the quality and performance of our wheels. We provide you with a 30-day period from the date of delivery and if you are not completely satisfied within this time, you are welcome to return them for a full refund or a product exchange. Reach out to us for assistance.

Limitations:

  • The 30-day guarantee does not cover items that have incurred severe damage, been damaged in a crash, or been ridden.
  • If such an event occurs, we offer an insurance replacement scheme. Please contact info@velocitewheels.com. for support.
  • Our wheels are also backed by a comprehensive 3-year warranty. For more details, please refer to our Warranty Policy.

Cancellation Before Dispatch:
Should you decide to cancel your order before dispatch, notify us immediately at info@velocitewheels.com. While we cannot guarantee the stoppage of items already in the dispatch process, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. We will not cover any fees if a return is wanted.

General Returns Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) by contacting us within 14 days of your decision to return the product.
  2. Send the item back to us within 14 days of receiving the RAN, using a trackable shipping method. We recommend retaining proof of shipment.
  3. Refunds are processed within 28 days of us receiving the returned item, provided it meets our return criteria.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be in the same condition as when received, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Products that are damaged, have been used, or are not in a resalable condition are not eligible for returns.
  • The responsibility for the cost of the return shipping lies with you, the customer.

Goods Faulty on Arrival, Incorrect, or Damaged in Transit:
If you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit, report the issue to us within 7 days of receipt. The item should then be returned within 28 days of receipt. Upon verification of the fault, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide a replacement within 28 days. We will also refund reasonable return postage costs equivalent to the original order shipping cost.

Goods Suspected Faulty During Use:
For items suspected of a manufacturing fault within 3 years from the delivery date, contact us at info@velocitewheels.com. After inspection of the returned product, if a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will offer a refund or replacement. This does not cover faults due to normal wear and tear.
